This months pet of the month goes to none other than the sweet Lexi! Lexi is a 13 year old Chocolate Lab who loves people and laying out in the sun. Lexi has Amyothophy, which is muscle loss disease, along with arthritis and a pinched nerve that is all worked on weekly basis. Due to these issues, she gets to wear a body harness to allow for more support and easier lifting for us humans when she needs that extra boost. Only, don’t tell Lexi she has those issues as she will go trot all over the yard just to prove you wrong. Lexi lost her kitty and doggy brothers over the last year which has been hard on everyone, but has a new sibling to teach all of the things to and who absolutely adores her! We absolutely love Lexi and it genuinely brings a smile to our face every day we get to see her!
