Meet Diane Elliott – Co-Founder of PetPros of Hershey, LLC

Diane’s passion for animals began at an early age. While other children played with dolls, Diane could always be found caring for real or stuffed animals—an early sign of the deep love and connection she would carry into adulthood. Animals have always been a central part of her life. It all started with her beloved cats, Buddy and Dex, who have since crossed over the rainbow bridge. Fast forward to today where Diane not only calls herself the “fun aunt” to all of our animal clients, but mom to a yellow lab named Stella. Four cats: Calvin, Hobbs, Beatrice and Shadow and a Guinea Pig named Miss Piggy. While many would say she rescued them, Diane is quick to say, “They rescued me.”

Her lifelong love for animals naturally evolved into her first professional venture: The Catz Meow, a pet sitting business based in Norfolk, VA. Diane built her reputation on trust, compassion, and reliability—quickly becoming a go-to sitter for local military families. She was honored to care for their pets while they were deployed, often for weeks or even months at a time.

Today, Diane brings that same heart, experience, and commitment to excellence to PetPros of Hershey, LLC, where she continues to provide loving, professional care to pets and peace of mind to their families.

Meet Edward Elliott – Co-Founder of PetPros of Hershey, LLC

Edward has always had a natural connection with animals of all kinds. From a young age, animals were an important part of his daily life—whether it was caring for dogs, cats, birds, horses, cows, or nearly any creature in between. His passion for animals isn’t just a hobby—it’s a lifelong calling.

Ed’s hands-on experience is both broad and unique. He worked closely with a local Sheriff’s Department horse stable, where he was responsible for grooming, shoeing, saddling, and caring for the horses before and after training runs. His deep respect for large animals also led him to volunteer for several years at the Big Cat Habitat in Florida, a sanctuary for rescued lions, tigers, and other exotic big cats.

In addition, Ed has contributed his time and care to the Kennel Club Sanctuary, which rehabilitates and rehomes retired racing greyhounds, along with other wildlife and animal rescue organizations across the country.

At PetPros of Hershey, LLC, Edward brings decades of experience, a calm presence, and an unmatched dedication to providing compassionate, expert pet care to families throughout Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra, and Lebanon, PA.

Meet Allison – Pet Care Specialist at PetPros of Hershey, LLC

Allison joined the PetPros of Hershey team in January and has quickly become an invaluable member of our pet care family. A dedicated full-time student, Allison spends her time outside the classroom doing what she loves most—walking dogs and caring for cats throughout Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra, and Lebanon, PA.

With her calm and gentle presence, Allison puts even the most timid pets at ease. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals are evident in every visit. Clients frequently remark on how quickly their pets warm up to her, and it’s easy to see why—animals truly adore her.

Meet Mackenzie – Dog Walker & Pet Care Specialist at PetPros of Hershey, LLC

Mackenzie joined the PetPros of Hershey team in March, and from the moment we met her, her passion for animals was unmistakable. With a strong work ethic and a calm, confident demeanor, Mackenzie has proven to be one of the most dependable and dedicated members of our team.

She brings a natural ability to connect with animals of all temperaments and sizes, and there’s truly no pet she can’t handle. Mackenzie thrives in every situation—whether she’s managing a high-energy pup, navigating a challenging walk, or stepping in during last-minute schedule changes.

Her can-do attitude, steady presence, and genuine enthusiasm for her work make her a favorite among both pets and clients. We’re proud to have Mackenzie as part of the PetPros of Hershey family.

Originally joining us for a summer position while home from college, Lizzie quickly became an essential part of our professional pet care team.
