Yes, PetPros of Hershey does offer pet care services on Federally observed holidays. A $10.00 holiday convenience fee will be assessed on the day of the holiday.

Mon-Fri 7am-6pm
Sat-8am-3pm
Sun-Closed
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must provide at minimum a 24 hour notice. If you provide less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee.
if you need to cancel your booking, you must provide at minimum a 24 hour notice. If given less than 24 hours, you will be charged a fee equal to one visit of your selected package.
PetPros of Hershey recommends that you provide as much notice as possible to ensure availability so that your pet(s) get the best care while you’re away to give you a peace of mind.
However, we understand that emergencies arise from time to time and you might need a pet care provider on short notice. PetPros of Hershey will do it’s very best to accommodate you, however you will be charged a $10.00 convenience fee if booked.

Yes. Not only is it the perfect time to make sure all parties, including your pets, are comfortable, it is also when we will cover where all the items are located that I will need for the visit (food, water, treats, paper towels, trash/waste removal, etc)
