PetPros of Hershey, LLC was founded in May 2021 by Edward & Diane Elliott during the COVID-19 shutdown. We are a husband-and-wife team with more than 40 years of combined hands-on animal experience across every breed, size, and temperament — including medication administration and behavioral support.

The Faces Behind Every Visit
Diane Elliott
A childhood passion for animals led Diane to found “The Catz Meow” pet sitting service in Norfolk, VA, caring for military families' pets during deployment. Her own household includes a yellow lab, four cats, and a guinea pig. Her philosophy: “They rescued me.”
Edward Elliott
A lifelong animal caretaker, Edward's experience spans Sheriff's Department horses, volunteering with exotic felines at a Big Cat Habitat, and rehabilitating greyhounds with a Kennel Club Sanctuary — bringing expertise across dogs, cats, birds, large animals, and wildlife.
Mackenzie
Mackenzie joined PetPros in the beginning of 2025 and brought with her a strong work ethic, calm confidence, and genuine passion for animals. Her can-do attitude and natural ability to handle pets of every temperament make her a favorite among clients, pets, and colleagues alike.
Trinity
Trinity is everything we at PetPros could want in a team member. Trinity goes into every job like they were her personal pets and loves them just the same. A natural born leader, Trinity pays attention to detail and never affraid to take on a new challenge.
Anna
Everyone meet Anna! The newest memeber of the team, Anna has the same passion for animals as everyone on the PetPros team does. Every animal she meets seems like long lost friends reuniting and the the smiles go on for miles. Tails wagging, running amock and excitement ensued.
