We take security and privacy seriously at PetPros of Hershey, LLC. On the day of the meet and greet we will discuss how you, the client, would prefer to give us access to your home. Most clients prefer to give us a security code for the garage door, keypad door lock or alarm system panel. Those codes are stored securely on our Time To Pet software that utilizes encryption during the login and usage.

For those using a key or multi key lock, we provide a keyed outdoor lock box that a copy of your key will be placed in for the duration of our visit. This ensures the best safety for your key and home, less likely hood of loosing the key and access and better control over the exact location at any time.
